Modern House | Nad Al Sheba, Dubai

Challenge. The brief: create a minimalist concrete-and-glass home that stays cool in 48 °C summers and morphs into an art gallery during events.
Sparkling Space Solution. We poured exposed self-healing concrete walls, inserted floor-to-ceiling glazing with automated external aluminium fins, and embedded a museum-grade DALI lighting grid programmable per exhibition. A cantilevered staircase in folded steel serves as the visual centrepiece, fabricated in-house for 2 mm tolerance.
Results. DEWA bills show a 32 % energy saving versus comparable villas. During Art Dubai week, the owner hosted 500 guests; the adaptable lighting and open-plan flow proved flawless. The case study ranks highly for modern house Dubai and converts at 4.7 % on our contact form.
